Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications and services provided by SummationWorks ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our applications, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SummationWorks develops and operates mobile applications that may include AI-powered analysis, image processing, health tracking, identification tools, and other features. Our applications are designed to provide informational and utility services.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our applications are NOT medical devices and do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health-related information, analysis, or results provided by our applications are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Do not rely solely on our applications for any health-related determinations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Free Trials

  • If offered, free trial periods allow you to experience premium features at no cost. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • After the trial expires, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

  • iOS:Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android:Google Play Store → Subscriptions
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device's subscription settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their respective refund policies. SummationWorks does not process refunds directly.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content (images, text, data) you submit through our applications.
  • By submitting content for AI processing, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
  • We do not store, share, or use your submitted images beyond the immediate processing session.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our applications
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or subscription requirements
  • Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
  • Use automated systems or bots to access or interact with our services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

7. AI-Generated Content

Our applications use artificial intelligence to analyze images and generate responses. AI-generated results are probabilistic and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users should independently verify any important information.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our applications (code, design, branding, content) belong to SummationWorks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SummationWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
